I was the tag-along of a tag-along for Thanksgiving (today). I went along with G to Kay's house, a friend of Michael's. Informal to the point of eating with plates in our laps. I contributed a home-made pumpkin pie, my famous cranberry sauce, a Quorn brand veggie loaf on a bed of store-bought stuffing, a bowl of veggie gravy, and two bottles of sparkling cider. Apparently I was the only boy who contributed food. Grr. (At peak, 5 men, 2 women: Me, Rezza, Brian, Lief, Michael, Kay, and G.)

A football game to begin with, then watching Lord of the Rings. Sat in front of the fireplace for a while and played "Lunch Money" for the first time. ...G & I bowed out after the first movie was over. Spent the rest of the evening cozily sitting on G's couch writing a long post for "Notepad".

J & E drove down to California yesterday. Gina's hosting Thanksgiving. Add to the poly lexicon: "Double-bind"... having to choose between taking one sweetheart to a job interview or going home to wave goodbye to another as she sets off on a big roadtrip. Took a gamble that I could do both and won.

Kay's house has a gorgeous interior. I picture shooting my "mirror person" film there. I asked, and she said yes! Must tell Carl, Andrew, and Leopoldo that I've got a location. Yeee!
