I was up all night -- literally haven't slept yet. But the big yippee of it all is that:

• I've finished shopping for my family,
  
• wrapped up [or ordered gift wrap for] their 23 individual parcels,
  
• packed the presents in cardboard boxes and plain brown paper for shipping,
  
• handed them over to the US Postal Service,
  
• and sent email messages letting people know to expect things in the mail.

*Phew!*

To bed with me now -- until I have to pick G up at work at 3:30...

After which I'll go to writing at Palio's... And, if I'm lucky, get to drop in on J for the eighth and final night of Hanukkah.

A lotta work -- but damn it's nice to have that portion of Xmas over and done with!
